- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆When i went there the woman was very helpful. I applied for social security disability. But was approved for ssi. I didnt understand so i called, the woman on the phone was very short with me and wasn't wanting to help me at all. My stress has been out of control due to trying to continue to work with everything that is wrong with me i feel like iam fighting a losing battle. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I went to get information regarding stopping benefits due to the passing of a parent. The wait was shorter than expected and the assistance was exceptional. We spent 1 hour and 3 minutes from the time we walked in the door to the time we walked out. Ruth was so very helpful in providing guidance and an appointment with a specialist. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I lost my SS card so I printed out an application and filled it out at home. If you have no printer, just get a piece of paper and kinda fill out exactly what you would answer on application. It will be fine trust me, it will make life ten times easier having this stuff.
